We’re hiring a Freelance Producer who can sit between strategy and production and confidently answer: “If this is the strategy… how do we actually turn it into great video?” This is a creative-operator seat with real ownership - you’ll help guide a portfolio of clients through the production process, ensuring strong creative execution, smooth workflows, and owning the client experience from idea to delivery. What You’ll Do You’ll help execute production across a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring strong creative output, smooth workflows, and a great client experience from idea to delivery. The most important part of this position sits in client management, including running calls and communications. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the day-to-day client contact and maintaining strong client relationships - Turning show strategy into episode plans, outlines, and creative direction - Contributing ideas for Shorts, social formats, and episode packaging (hooks, segments, angles) - Managing production timelines and deliverables across editors, designers, and production teams - Coordinating the production process to ensure projects ship on time and at high quality - Supporting remote recordings and preparing materials for upcoming shoots - Partnering with the Director of Client Strategy to turn strategy into executed content How You’ll Be Measured - Client experience and relationship health - Production timelines and workflow execution - Account health and deliverable quality - Creative contribution to episodes and social formats Must-Haves - Strong communication skills with both clients and creative teams - Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once - Strong creative instincts for what makes video content engaging - Ability to translate strategy into clear production plans and deliverables - 2–4 years of experience in video production, content marketing, or agency client services with a strong emphasis on client success.
