Compensation • Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps • $1,750 during the training period. • Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-100,000+ • Top performers earn $150,000+ annually • $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $333 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training. • Personal vehicle mileage reimbursement available. Reimbursement rate varies per California state branch location.
