REQUIREMENTS • J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent undergraduate and law school academic record. • Bar admission (or eligibility for admission) to the state in which you are working. • Prior experience in intellectual property litigation, including experience with patent litigation in federal courts, ITC hearings, and/or PTAB proceedings. • Strong understanding of, and experience with, technical subject matters such as semiconductors, software, telecommunications, medical devices, software, fin tech and biotechnology or related fields. A degree in the sciences or technical background is required. • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
