Compensation • Uncapped performance bonuses • Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses • Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses • $22.50/hour base pay Requirements • Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role • Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions • Available Monday – Saturdays • The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs • A valid driver’s license and • A good driving record is essential for this role.
