Directors lead client relationships, transaction strategy, team development, and business generation while institutionalizing a modern operating discipline across the firm. What You Will Do • Lead M&A engagements from positioning and preparation through negotiation and closing. • Own senior client communication, judgment-intensive decisions, and the quality of all major deliverables. • Develop new relationships and convert market insight into differentiated advisory opportunities. • Build and lead technology-native teams that use AI, automation, structured data, and proprietary technology responsibly. • Ensure that important sector, company, and transaction knowledge is captured, structured, and reusable rather than remaining trapped in individual inboxes or files. • Coach VPs, Associates, and Analysts to pair sound banking judgment with better systems and workflows.
