This internship is designed for exceptional MBA students who can combine mature business judgment with hands-on transaction work and the ability to architect AI-enabled workflows. What You Will Do • Lead discrete workstreams across pitches, valuation, diligence, buyer research, transaction materials, and client deliverables. • Guide Analysts, review work for accuracy and clarity, and raise the standard of team output. • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured research, analytical, and execution plans. • Design and improve AI-enabled workflows that combine human judgment, structured data, automation, and quality control. • Document repeatable processes and ensure that useful knowledge is captured for future teams.
