You'll be a resource for complex service calls, mentor and coach technicians, monitor team performance, and help ensure our customers receive exceptional service. What We're Looking For • Strong residential HVAC service experience • Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching technicians • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and hold others accountable • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement You don't need "Team Lead" on your resume.
