Every order we send plays a part in that mission. Our story started with two brothers, a rescued Australian Shepherd named Abbi, and a shared ambition to build a company that makes a lasting difference for animals. Today, we’re a family-owned company designing and manufacturing products for pet families around the world. Now, we’ve opened our first U.S. facility in Troy, Michigan, and we’re looking for someone to help build this next chapter with us. Your opportunity We’re hiring a hands-on Fulfillment Team Lead to help establish and run our new shipping operation. You’ll take responsibility for daily fulfillment, making sure your team is organized, orders are accurate, and shipments leave on time. You’ll work alongside your teammates, help train new employees, and solve the everyday problems that keep an operation moving. You’ll also work directly with the founders and have a voice in how we improve and grow. We’ll provide training on our products, systems, and processes, and trust you to bring initiative, sound judgment, and follow-through. If you’ve wanted an opportunity to take ownership, put your ideas into practice, and help build a team you’re proud of, this could be a great fit.
