Role Snapshot: $100,000/annual salary | $15,000 sign-on bonus | Remote Mondays and Fridays | No billing requirements | Two-week adult-services onboarding | Flexible work environment | Professional Development What You’ll Do: • Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes • Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations • Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practices • Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards • Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams • Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success What We’re Looking For: • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses preferred • Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn) • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care • Ready to bring your BCBA expertise to adult services?
