As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized in-home care and emotional support to individuals who need assistance due to aging, illness, injury, surgery, or disability. Responsibilities • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping. • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks. • Provide medication reminders and accompany clients to medical appointments. • Run errands and provide transportation as needed. • Offer companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support. • Encourage clients to remain engaged, active, and as independent as possible. • Assist with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. • Support clients with basic financial tasks when authorized, such as bill payments, banking, or balancing a checkbook. Qualifications • Previous caregiving, CNA, CMT, HHA, or related experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to successfully pass a background check. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional. • Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans.
