Services are delivered in clients’ homes, our offices, or virtually, depending on the needs of the individuals you support. What You’ll Do • Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide individualized plans • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support independence, skill development, and quality of life • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each individual’s goals • Maintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code What You Bring • Master’s Degree in a human service field • Current BCBA certification • Minimum one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities (preferred: ABA experience under Medicaid Waiver programs) • Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance At Lifelong Access, people feel seen, heard, and supported, for our staff and the individuals we serve.
