Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and neurological patients. • Formulate individualized, goal-oriented plans of care (POC). • Complete documentation efficiently using modern EMR software and voice-dictation tools. • Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff. • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, functional recovery, and injury prevention. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate of Physical Therapy / DPT preferred; Master's accepted). • Licensure: Active (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho. • Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required. • Experience: Open to both experienced Orthopedic PTs and New Grad Physical Therapists. • Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and patient rapport.
