While design is an important part of the role, success in this position comes from building trust, presenting solutions, and confidently guiding customers through the purchasing process. You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, provide customized bathroom remodeling recommendations, and help customers bring their dream bathrooms to life while achieving exceptional earnings through a proven sales process. Preferred Qualifications • Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience strongly preferred. • Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, remodeling, replacement windows, roofing, kitchens, or other in-home sales environments preferred. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing sales. • Construction or remodeling industry knowledge is a plus. • Interior design experience may be beneficial, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds are preferred over design-only experience. • Competitive mindset with a passion for helping homeowners improve their homes.
