This role provides leadership in staffing, compliance, quality improvement, employee development, and safety. Key Responsibilities • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations • Supervise and develop nursing and clinical staff while promoting teamwork • Manage employee orientation, training, competencies, and performance evaluations • Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, company, and regulatory requirements • Investigate complaints, perform root-cause analyses, and support QAPI initiatives • Oversee infection prevention, radiation safety, and other patient safety programs • Coordinate audits, reports, safety meetings, drills, and compliance monitoring • Identify opportunities for staff education and professional development • Maintain required documentation, certifications, and training programs • Support physician and employee satisfaction initiatives • Promote a culture focused on patient safety, quality, and exceptional patient experiences Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of clinical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Current BLS certification • Current ACLS certification • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications Preferred • Infection Preventionist certification • Senior-level healthcare leadership experience • Experience with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, or procedural healthcare operations Benefits • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • HSA • Short- & Long-Term Disability • Life & AD&D Insurance • PTO & Company-Paid Holidays • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Wellness Tools • Bonusly Employee Recognition Platform • DailyPay On-Demand Pay Access Join Our Team If you're a nursing leader passionate about developing teams, improving operations, and delivering exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
