Success in the First 12 Months An A-player in this seat will: • Complete all required technical certifications and qualifications within 12 months, including BSC certification, cleanroom testing, and autoclave preventive maintenance. • Maintain customer satisfaction scores above company standards while representing AT Analytical professionally on every call. • Submit accurate, on-time service reports with less than 5% documentation corrections required. • Work independently and reliably in the field, building lasting trust with customers across the territory. • Contribute to revenue growth by delivering exceptional service and surfacing additional customer needs.
