Key Responsibilities: • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a five-star experience. • Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and customer inquiries. • Manage reservations and maintain an organized schedule. • Promote and sell spa services and skincare products, consistently meeting sales targets. • Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable. • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in a spa, salon, or luxury customer service setting. • Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to meet targets. • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems. • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities. • Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends. • An esthetician background is a plus but not required.
