Positions Available Sales Supervisor • Lead structured consultations with high-intent clients • Support clients through their full aesthetic journey • Capture photos, measurements, and treatment progress in our CRM • Meet and exceed daily sales goals of $3,500+ Sales Manager • Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants • Drive team performance with daily sales goals ($3,500+ per rep) • Oversee a seamless, professional client experience • Foster a performance-driven, client-first culture Compensation & Commission Structure • Base Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month (depending on experience and role) • Tiered Commission: • 4–5% on sales up to $3,500 • 6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500 • 8–10% on sales above $7,500 What We Look For You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Have a strong background in sales (spa, medspa, luxury retail preferred) • Communicate confidently, listen actively, and close with integrity • Are motivated by high-ticket goals and consistent performance • Are detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience a plus) • Have a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client results • Are ambitious, self-driven, and focused on growth • Perform best in a high-performance, goal-oriented culture • Show up with energy, resilience, and a collaborative mindset every day Schedule & Work Environment • Shift Options: Day shift / Morning shift • Expected Hours: 20 to 40 per week • Location: In-person at Ageless Spa in Tallahassee, FL Ready to Elevate Your Sales Career?
