What your first 90 days look like • Licensing (if needed) with study support and accountability • Field training: you'll sit in on real appointments before running your own • Weekly live training on sales, products, and mindset • Learning our Financial Needs Analysis and CRM platforms Who this is for People who are coachable, comfortable talking with others, and motivated by helping families. Teachers, nurses, coaches, service industry pros, and anyone with a strong community tend to do well. No finance background needed. The honest details This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-based role. Income depends on your effort and results. There's a path to earn renewals and build your own team over time.
