Install Warranty Technician is responsible for working with Install clients that have warranty issues arise from time to time. Duties & Responsibilities • Inform customers of all special promotions. • Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes. • Participate in training as requested. • Keep appointments with customers as scheduled. • Must demonstrate field level application of knowledge and skills attained from all training provided.
