This is an entry-level management training position designed for individuals who are ready to learn our business from the ground up. During your training period, you'll gain hands-on experience cleaning a variety of commercial facilities while learning the skills needed to advance into a supervisory role. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Schedule • Monday through Friday • Start time between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM • 8-hour shifts • Occasional weekend coverage What Makes This Position Different? Unlike traditional cleaning positions, Unit Manager Trainees work at multiple customer locations and learn all aspects of our operation.
