Role & responsibilities: • To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition (Demat & trading a/c) numbers and revenue products. • To be well versed with products related to equity markets and wealth products. • Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees. • Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers. • Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target. • Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain. Preferred candidate profile: • Over 2-3 years of experience in Financial Industry preferably • Understanding of Indian Capital Market. • Proven Team Management experience. Role Proficiencies: Qualifications • Graduate from any stream • Able to act independently and should be self-motivated • Effective in verbal and written communication and should have time management skills with the ability to act autonomously while being a team player. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
