What You'll Do • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Genesis and Hyundai vehicles, including full battery-electric and hybrid models • Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and repairs following OEM safety protocols • Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately • Use factory-approved tools, equipment, and repair procedures • Communicate clearly with service advisors on repair needs and recommendations • Stay current with Genesis and Hyundai training, technology, and certification programs • Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment and deliver the premium experience Genesis customers expect What You Bring • Current Hyundai or Genesis EV / high-voltage certification (required for the sign-on bonus) • Hyundai or Genesis Master or Senior certification preferred • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills • Proficiency with modern scan tools and OEM software (GDS) • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a flat-rate environment • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing it right the first time What We Offer • $50.00 per flagged hour plus productivity bonuses • $5,000 sign-on bonus for technicians with verified Hyundai/Genesis EV certification at hire, paid over your first 12 months • 90-day hours guarantee while you build your board • Factory training and continued certification, paid by the dealership • Modern, well-equipped facility with EV-ready service bays • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
