This is a scratch kitchen serving traditional Southern Italian food. The cooking is serious, but it is not intended to be fancy. A cook here has the opportunity to work with bread, handmade pasta, meat curing, butchery, prep and live service rather than simply reheating prepared products. Family meal is provided every shift. Tucker's Italian is located at 1338 E. Houston St., near downtown San Antonio and the Alamodome.
