This role is critical for driving growth in our asset finance and loan against property segments, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious business targets. • 1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in Loan Against Property (LAP) and other asset-backed financial products. • 2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key clients to expand market reach and generate leads. • 3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches. • 4. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory compliance throughout the sales process. • 5. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team. • 6. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress against targets and inform strategic decisions. • 7. Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Credit, Operations, and Risk to ensure seamless processing and customer satisfaction. • 8. Drive initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and service excellence within the secured business portfolio. • 9. Represent the company in various forums and events to promote our secured business offerings and build brand presence.
