• Must have Work Exp. 6-8 yrs. with Banks /NBFC and dealing in LAP Products
• Good client servicing skills
• Relationship Management/Business Development/Sales/Recruitment/Cross-sell/Channel Recruitment
• Good financial analytical skills, communication skills
• Age between 32 – 40 years
• Must have managed team for developing sizeable micro-mortgage business for minimum 3 – 5 years
