• Keen understanding and focus on risk, controls, compliance and regulatory framework • Strong analytical & communication skills (written & verbal) • Good client servicing skills • Good financial analytical skills, communication skills • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. • Evaluation of proposals put up for recommendations / approval as per credit policy • Regular functional training for business team & credit team across retail & LAP products • Responsible for peer-review process in underwriting & field visit review process in sampling to ensure that the credit mechanism is robust and scalable • Responsible for publishing Branch credit quality scores and red- reports to the senior management team based on the inputs from underwriting & credit intelligence team. • Responsible to monitor construction completion for fully disbursed cases in retail loan to comply with regulatory norms. • Analysis of regular bouncing customers to identify the lead indicators of portfolio stress and provide suitable inputs to the senior management team to fine tune the credit policy • Follow-up on bounce collection through branch and business team to ensure zero delinquency.
