Senior Consultant – Technology M&A (INDUS | Global CoE) Role Purpose Provide analytical support across Technology Diligence, Value Creation, and Tech PMI engagements while developing foundational financial modeling capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Support Rapid IT Assessments and diligence workstreams • Conduct infrastructure and application analysis • Assist in technical debt and architecture reviews • Support integration and separation analysis • Assist in building stand-alone IT cost baselines and one-time cost trackers • Contribute to development of new methodologies and accelerators • Prepare structured diligence documentation and presentations
