Position Summary The Manager – HR Generalist is responsible for end-to-end people operations, employee experience, and site governance for the assigned location. This role serves as the People & Culture representative and single point of contact (SPOC) for all service lines operating from the site. This position collaborates closely with functional P&C BPs on matters relating to performance management, employee relations, organizational changes, and leadership support. The role requires a seasoned HR professional who can lead the location independently, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging workplace environment.
