• Analyze EMI transaction data, merchant performance, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights. • Develop and maintain business dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for the EMI retail portfolio. • Monitor key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, EMI share, approval rates, and merchant activation. • Work with business teams to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps across merchant categories. • Support merchant EMI program launches, campaigns, and product rollouts with data analysis and reporting. • Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer journeys, funnel metrics, and drop-off points to improve EMI conversion. • Collaborate with product, tech, risk, and operations teams to define data requirements and track business KPIs. • Assist in business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews for the EMI retail business. • Build automated reporting and streamline data processes for business stakeholders.
