Key Expectations/ Requirements: • Responsible for identifying areas of growth in various regions and designing and implementing ideas to drive them • Drive goal setting for sales teams in collaboration with sales heads-Region/Zone/Product wise. • Review Sales Team on different key metrics and drive them to achieve those metrics. • Visit market periodically and interact with stakeholders like sales team, channel partners, etc to gather information on industry developments and identify opportunities and measure the field’s pulse. • Define and implement processes that develop and strengthen the skills, instincts, abilities, of our distribution team to succeed with multiple priorities and changing external environment • Use Sales data analytics to drive sales effectiveness on ground at the regional/State/Town Level. Develop effective methods and processes to enhance the performance of sales organization • Provide data analytics, completion analysis industry mapping etc. • Take an active role in the adoption of technology to automate periodic reports related to sales KPI and achievement. Skills that will help you succeed in this role: • Ability to review, lead and influence large groups of people • Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills • Should have worked in sales for 2 years in a recognized FMCG company. • Educational background: MBA Preferred but not mandatory • 3-4 years of relevant experience after MBA from tier 2/3 B School. • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ability to take ownership of the task at hand.
