Depending on your inpatient or outpatient focus, you may: • Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions • Perform new patient evaluations and cardiovascular follow-up visits • Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists • Review EKGs, cardiac monitoring, imaging, laboratory results, and other diagnostic testing • Manage medications and ongoing cardiovascular treatment • Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications • Coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the clinical team New to Cardiology?
