You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth store operations. 🔹 What You’ll Do Store Leadership & Operations • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations • Lead shifts and manage the sales floor, including retail, cash wrap, and café areas • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation • Monitor sales and labor to help meet business goals • Serve as the point of contact during manager absences Guest Experience • Model exceptional customer service and resolve escalated guest concerns • Maintain product knowledge, including ingredients and allergen awareness • Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests Team Support & Development • Help with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members • Coach and support team members to drive performance and engagement • Partner with management on employee relations matters as needed Administrative & Systems • Use POS systems (such as MICROS) to manage transactions and reporting • Communicate effectively with internal teams (HR, payroll, IT, etc.) • Support inventory, merchandising, and operational processes 🔹 What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Strong communication and team-building skills • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus 🔹 Requirements • Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 🔹 Working Conditions • Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds • May require occasional travel to other store locations 🌟 Why Join Us?
