Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is required. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electric utility industry, utility consulting, or utility technology implementation environment. • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and integrating ADMS systems (MUST SHOW on resume). • Required experience implementing AspenTech Digital Grid Management solutions, including AspenTech Monarch Platform (MUST SHOW on resume). • Demonstrated experience leading workstreams, project teams, or major project deliverables. • Strong understanding of utility operations and grid modernization initiatives. • Experience gathering business, functional, technical, and integration requirements. • Experience leading testing, deployment, cutover, and operational readiness activities. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
