Senior Accounting Analyst Position Summary SoftWave TRT is transforming the way healthcare providers deliver non-invasive pain and tissue care through our FDA-cleared, broad-focused shockwave technology. Our capital equipment is used by independent chiropractors, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other outpatient healthcare providers across the U.S. With approximately 2,500 active systems in the market, we have built a strong foundation and are entering an exciting phase of growth across both our core and emerging clinical markets. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of accounting records, and providing strategic insights that support decision-making across our healthcare/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical acumen and technical accounting expertise, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting · Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals · Ensure accuracy and completeness of the general ledger in accordance with GAAP · Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and income statement flux analyses · Support external audits by preparing workpapers and responding to auditor inquiries · Assist with NetSuite implementation, including the Revenue and Fixed Asset Modules · Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages · Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare/manufacturing · Prepare executive-level accounting and financial reporting presentations for management and the board of directors Qualifications Experience · 2-4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or accounting, ideally within a healthcare or manufacturing environment · Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred · Prior experience supporting external audits and SOX compliance preferred Technical Skills · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and AI · Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) Education · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required · CPA certification required Why SoftWave • Join a growing medical technology company with an established installed base and significant opportunities ahead. • Help shape the marketing strategy for an innovative, FDA-cleared technology. • Work directly with executive leadership and have meaningful ownership over growth. • Help expand SoftWave into new healthcare markets and customer segments. • Build a modern, measurable marketing organization. • Make a direct connection between your work and company revenue and growth.
