What We're Looking For • Experience using construction tools and power tools is required. • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the construction industry is preferred, ideally in bathroom remodeling, shower installations, residential remodeling, or similar hands-on construction work. • This is an entry-level apprentice position with plenty of room for growth, but applicants should be comfortable working with construction tools and have prior hands-on construction experience. • Basic understanding of job site safety. • Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills. • Reliable transportation. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor throughout the day. • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
