Why Join Us?  • Quality Care: Regardless of cost, our mission is to provide value in every market we serve • Competitive Pay: $20.00/hour - $23.00/hour based on experience • Shift Differentials: $.50/hour evenings, $1.00/hour weekends • Schedule:  Full-Time: 2:00PM - 10:30PM • Every other weekend required and rotating holidays! • You are Valued: Our staff is the heart of our organization • Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours  What You'll Do:  • Support staff operations by orienting and training new hires, assisting with scheduling and on-call coverage, and enforcing attendance policies. • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers, meals, and overall comfort and support. • Administer medications, monitor and record vital signs, perform delegated treatments, collect samples, and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff. • Maintain resident and facility supplies and weekly orders, prepare medication and appointment documentation, and ensure proper equipment sterilization and infection control practices, including COVID-19 testing as needed. • Collaborate with nursing leadership and team members to support quality resident care, staff development, mandatory trainings, and ongoing communication across departments.
