Why Start Your Career with Engelberth? • Exposure to complex healthcare, higher education, industrial, and commercial projects • Mentorship from experienced Project Managers and Superintendents • Clear career path towards Superintendent • Collaborative, technically driven project teams ______________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise field crews on active commercial construction sites • Coordinate daily work activities and schedules • Ensure projects are built to plans, specs, and quality standards • Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA standards • Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors • Train, mentor, and support crew members • Assist with material coordination and jobsite logistics ______________________________________________________________________________ Skill/Education/Experience • 5+ years of commercial construction experience • Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials • 30 Hour OSHA certified • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship • Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset ​​​​​​​______________________________________________________________________________ ​​​​​​​ Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $35 - $45/hour This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs and comprehensive benefits package.
