In this role, you will help build and maintain a highly capable pharmacy team through hiring, training, staff development, and scheduling. You will oversee pharmacy operations and processes to support excellent patient care, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient service delivery. The Supervisor Pharmacist also plays an important role in maintaining fiscal responsibility by supporting appropriate revenue generation and expense management. This position is ideal for an experienced pharmacist who combines clinical pharmacy expertise with strong leadership, operational, and analytical skills.
