Your commute is only for the work that matters most. • Real Leadership- A team that listens, cares and gets the work you’re doing every day. • Rooted & Growing- 20 years of trusted ABA excellence- and we’re still expanding with intention What your days look like: • Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board • Mentor RBTs & Case Managers-helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence • Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional • Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.
