Your Superpowers • Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs • Analyze clinical data and make treatment decisions that drive meaningful progress • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers • Support and empower families through education and guidance • Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills that create lasting impact What We're Looking For • Passionate clinicians who genuinely enjoy helping children and families • Strong communication and leadership skills • Organized, dependable, and collaborative team players • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality care • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
