Serve. Restore.” and our core values of People, Excellence, and Ownership regularly, so it doesn’t feel like other manufacturing environments. No Production Experience? That’s okay! We’ll train you on the job, as long as you’re willing to work hard and learn. Some prior work history is strongly preferred—any hands-on, production, warehouse, restaurant, retail, or similar role counts. What We’re Looking For (qualifications & fit) • Entry level: Some work history is strongly preferred. • Reliability: On-time, consistent attendance is a must. Your team should be able to count on you every day. • On your feet: Able to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods. • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate those details effectively. • Comfortable with tools: Comfortable using a box cutter/blade regularly and other common hand tools. • Basic computer skills: Able to log information and notate clear, helpful repair notes. What Will Make You Fit In? • Curious, with a desire to understand how things work. • A strong sense of urgency and pride in your work. • Showing ownership and caring about doing it right. • Humility to ask clarifying questions—paired with confidence in your skills. • Receptive to feedback and always learning. • Faithful in the details and consistent in your habits. • Efficient, but patient when the work calls for it. • Enjoy a strong sense of community and working as part of a team. Pay & Benefits (what you get) • Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour • Health insurance: Eligible the 1st of the month after hire • Voluntary benefits: Dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance • Paid time off: 10 days PTO per year • Paid holidays: 8 days per year • 401(k) with company match • Parental time-off and adoption benefits • Casual dress code + branded clothing allowance • Free fruit, social outings, and a supportive, values-driven team that makes work feel lighter How to Apply (what to expect) • Apply online through our website or Indeed and answer the custom questions (we use them to get to know you). • Complete two short online assessments emailed to you with “Circuit Board Medics Application” in the subject line (about 30 minutes total on a computer). • Our talent team reviews each completed application within 3 business days. • If we’re moving forward, you’ll get a phone call within 1 week of finishing your assessments Note: Employment requires passing a background check and drug screening.
