What You’ll Do • Deliver an outstanding, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. • Consult with customers on their needs—asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and recommending the right products, strains, and formats. • Share expert product knowledge on cannabis flower, edibles, concentrates, and infused products. • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, and keep your assigned cash register balanced. • Protect customer privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times. • Use our seed-to-sale software and follow individual purchase limits and all state and local regulations. • Participate in ongoing training on cannabis concepts, sales techniques, and new products. • Perform opening and closing duties, attend daily pre-shift meetings, and help with inventory as needed. • Keep the dispensary and your work area clean, organized, and on-brand. • Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Supervisors, and be an ambassador for Swade at all times. What You Bring • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in high-volume retail, customer service, or sales. • Prior dispensary or cannabis industry experience is a big plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most. • Genuine passion for cannabis and for helping people. Physical Requirements • Able to sit or stand for long periods (4+ hours). • Able to bend, squat, and reach overhead. • Able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
