You’ll help test and operate self-driving ride-hailing vehicles, ensuring safe, reliable performance on real roads. This is an on-site position for local Miami-area applicants who want to work hands-on with next-generation autonomous driving technology. What You’ll Do: • Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world environments. • Take control when necessary to maintain safety. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report performance or safety issues. • Collect data, provide feedback to engineering teams, and support vehicle readiness. • Represent the brand with professionalism during all operations. Training Provided (Paid) • Paid training in Las Vegas, NV (flights and hotel covered). • After training, daily operations resume in Miami, FL. Pay & Schedule • $27/hour + up to 7% shift bonus for nights/weekends. • Day Shifts: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM or 7:45 AM–4:15 PM. • Night Shift: 3:45 PM–12:15 AM. • Rotating 5-day schedules: • Thursday-Monday • Wednesday-Sunday • Friday-Tuesday • Tuesday-Saturday Requirements • Must live in Miami, FL and hold a valid Florida driver’s license. • Clean driving record — no DUIs or criminal history. • Ability to stay focused and alert for long driving sessions (up to 8 hours/day). • Strong communication and tech troubleshooting skills. What you need to qualify • 3 years of Professional driving experience (rideshare, delivery, or commercial). • Regular Driver's licence with no gaps • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or computer systems.
