Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Lead to oversee electrical crews and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive commercial electrical experience, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on construction and renovation projects. • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site activities. • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings. • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial electrical systems. • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules. • Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, local codes, and company standards. • Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies. • Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers. • Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians. • Complete daily reports, job progress updates, and material requests. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience. • Previous experience leading crews or serving as a foreman/lead electrician. • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction practices. • Ability to read blueprints and manage project layouts. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
