Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is hiring a PRN LPN. $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. PRN, flexible day or night shifts, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift. Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here, you'll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus, with the flexibility to choose your shifts. What you'll do • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care • Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members • Maintain accurate clinical documentation • Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life What you'll need Required: • Active Illinois LPN license • At least 18 years old • Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift Preferred: • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living Pay and benefits • $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials Schedule PRN, on-call.
