Requirements: • 1 year experience required. • Flu Vaccine Required – No exemptions. • 1st time travelers accepted. • EPIC Charting System preferred. • Outpatient experience required. • Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred. • Lifting and transfer skillset required. • Certifications Required: BLS, Dry Needling, Manual Therapy • State PT Licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission.
