Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent operations, HR operations, talent management, or a related discipline. • Experience supporting a large, multi-unit, geographically dispersed workforce; fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurant, healthcare, or franchise environments strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience building and scaling talent processes across a rapidly growing organization. • Strong understanding of workforce analytics, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies. • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, talent management, and workforce analytics platforms. • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business recommendations. • Proven ability to influence senior executives and collaborate effectively with field and corporate leadership. • Strong project management and change management skills. • Highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
