Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers, assess their needs and provide recommendations for services. • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools. • Ensure that the car wash area is clean, well-stocked and properly organized. • Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles. • Collaborate with team members to achieve team and individual goals. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
