Servers are responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service throughout every guest’s dining experience. Responsibilities • Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality. • Guide guests through the food, wine, and cocktail menus. • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials. • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. • Deliver food and beverages according to service standards. • Monitor tables throughout service to anticipate guest needs. • Maintain clean and organized sections before, during, and after service. • Process payments accurately. • Complete opening, side work, and closing duties. • Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, back servers, polishers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of upscale or fine-dining serving experience preferred. • Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
