Schedule: 6 AM to 6 PM. What You'll Do • Provide hands-on nursing care to residents • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being • Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning • Implement and evaluate care interventions • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on individualized care plans What You'll Need Required: • Active NE LPN license • Graduate of an accredited LPN program • Able to read, write, and communicate care documentation and instructions in English Preferred: • Long-term care experience — new grads welcome!
